MaxPlate 2700

Ceramic Fiber Reinforced Coating

MaxPlate 2700 is a durable high temperature surface coating used to protect underlying ceramic fiber modules, castables and refractory brick.

MaxPlate 2700 forms a strong chemically bonded barrier at 1600°F (870°C) that is highly resistant to flame impingement, chemical attack and abrasion.

MaxPlate 2700 limits shrinkage and reduces surface cracking. This minimizes lining heat loss resulting in decreased energy costs and maintenance.

MaxPlate 2700 has a maximum use temperature of 2732°F (1500°C).
