Effective July 1, 2021, NUTEC Inc., of Huntersville, NC has acquired the assets of Protective Concepts, Inc., of Cypress, TX.

The new company, NUTEC Protective Concepts, LLC, will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of NUTEC Inc.

NUTEC is a manufacturer of high-temperature insulation and fire protection products with plants in the US, Mexico, Spain, and Brazil.

NUTEC Protective Concepts, LLC produces fire protection products, primarily fire-tested and certified removable blankets, for applications in the oil & gas industries, both onshore and offshore.
